Job Overview

M&L Construction Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering high-quality finishes, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes before painting.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure that all work meets high-quality and safety standards.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to travel to different job sites as required.
