Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts on a daily basis.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly.
• Analyse campaign performance using social media analytics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Manage the organisation’s online reputation and respond professionally to public relations matters.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, and partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience growth.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of public relations and online brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and current digital marketing trends.
• A creative mindset with a passion for building online communities and growing brand engagement.

Salary

£24,420 – £49,855.55 per year
