Mayfair Worktops, a growing UK manufacturer of granite and quartz worktops, is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join its expanding team in Bradford.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving stone materials, machinery, production measurements and manual handling.

Visa Sponsorship Opportunity

Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates, subject to the role meeting current UK immigration requirements and the successful applicant satisfying the relevant sponsorship criteria.

Candidates currently holding eligible UK immigration permission, including certain graduate or post-study visa holders, may also be considered in accordance with their existing visa conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities may include:

• Working with granite and quartz stone materials in an industrial production environment.
• Operating production machinery following appropriate training.
• Handling and moving large or heavy materials safely.
• Reading cut lists, measurements and production specifications.
• Maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Working towards agreed production targets.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Keeping production areas clean, organised and safe.
• Working effectively as part of a production team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous practical, manufacturing or factory experience.
• Experience with manual handling.
• Good physical strength, stamina and hand-eye coordination.
• An understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Good attention to detail.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery after appropriate training.

Production experience: 1 year recommended.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
