Live-in Carer – UK Visa Sponsorship Available

Three Clover Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to provide dedicated support to clients in their own homes. This role involves living with a client for around 4–6 weeks at a time, followed by regular breaks.

As a Live-in Carer, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable and independent while providing personal care and practical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Encourage clients to remain active and independent.
• Support clients with complex care needs, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and medication administration, with full training provided.
• Complete care notes using digital systems.
• Assist with everyday household tasks such as meal preparation and feeding pets.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and ad hoc requests.

Carers receive 14 hours of protected break time each week, as well as downtime during the day. Overnight, carers are on call for emergencies only.

A dedicated Care Manager and 24/7 support are also available.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous care experience, preferably in a home-care environment.
• A warm, patient and compassionate personality.
• A genuine desire to help others.
• The right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship may be available for eligible applicants switching sponsorship.
• Basic IT skills for completing care records.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A willingness to assist with household responsibilities.
• A DBS on the Update Service is preferred, although assistance may be available.
• A valid driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Around one year of care experience is recommended.
