About the Role
Right at Home Enfield is recruiting experienced and compassionate Community Care Assistants to support clients across:
Enfield, Southgate, Edmonton, Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill, and nearby areas.
You will be working in home care settings, helping clients maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their daily lives.
Salary & Benefits
- £13.10 per hour (weekdays)
- £14.05 per hour (weekends)
- Enhanced pay on bank holidays (Time + ½)

Working Hours
Flexible shifts available:
- Morning: 7am / 8am / 9am – 2pm (or full days)
- Evening: 5pm – 10pm
- Night shifts: from 8pm (up to 10 hours)
Weekend shifts are usually on rotation (alternate weekends or one per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support at home
- Supporting hospital discharge back to home
- Dementia and specialist care support
- Assisting with mobility and daily routines
- Meal preparation and feeding support
- Medication assistance
- Light household support
- Helping clients stay active in the community
- Building trust and companionship with clients

Requirements:
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Own car required for work (preferred or essential depending on area)
- Must be UK-based to be considered for sponsorship
- DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
