Amber Rose Healthcare Ltd. is looking for compassionate and resilient Carers/Support Workers to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to adults with complex needs.

Successful candidates may be eligible for UK visa sponsorship, subject to meeting all relevant Home Office and Skilled Worker requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Carer or Support Worker, you will:

• Provide personalised support with daily activities such as dressing, eating, washing and mobility.
• Deliver trauma-informed care and help individuals manage emotional distress.
• Support people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
• Promote independence, autonomy and dignity.
• Administer medication in accordance with training and individual care plans.
• Encourage community participation and meaningful activities.
• Participate in care reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with families, healthcare professionals and other support services.
• Help maintain a calm, safe and structured environment.

This is a relationship-focused role where your support can make a meaningful difference to an individual’s quality of life.

Who Can Apply?

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

The following would be advantageous:

• Experience supporting people affected by trauma.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Medication training or experience.
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Willingness to work towards a relevant care qualification.
