Salary

• £14.90 – £15.00 per hour (during probation)
• £15.05 – £15.70 per hour (after successful completion of probation)
• Opportunity to progress and earn up to £16.60 per hour
• 35p per mile tax-free mileage allowance

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to people in their own homes by:

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Providing medication support
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Helping clients with daily living activities

Full training, paid shadowing, and ongoing support will be provided to help you achieve the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
