Who Can Apply?
✅ You must already be living in Scotland (no relocation support available).
✅ Having a car is a plus if you’re traveling from Paisley, Glasgow, or Saltcoats.
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
✔️ Support with meals, medication reminders, and mental well-being.
✔️ Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
✔️ Provide compassionate, person-centred care with dignity and respect.
What You Need:
🔹 At least 12 months of experience in a care home or similar setting.
🔹 A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach.
🔹 Strong teamwork and communication skills.
🔹 NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not mandatory).
🔹 Willingness to work nights and weekends.
