Join a successful independent motor factor in Holmfirth, Yorkshire, specialising in quality parts for cars, vans, HGVs, agricultural machinery, plant and construction equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business under new ownership, with training, career progression and UK visa sponsorship available.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will:

• Advise customers in person, by phone and email.
• Identify vehicle parts using descriptions, registration numbers and VINs.
• Recommend suitable parts and source products from UK and European suppliers.
• Process orders, quotations and deliveries accurately.
• Use stock systems, Excel and supplier databases.
• Support day-to-day counter and warehouse operations.
• Build strong relationships with trade garages and retail customers.

Who They’re Looking For

The employer is seeking someone who is:

• Confident, proactive and customer-focused.
• Interested in sales and the automotive industry.
• Knowledgeable about vehicles, machinery or engineering.
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Apprentices and trainees are also welcome, with hands-on training and a pathway towards a permanent career.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £29,740–£38,000 per year
