London, UK – More than 500 professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, founders, and community leaders gathered in Stratford, London, on 27 June 2026 for Limitless Without Borders (LWB) 4.0, one of the UK’s growing empowerment platforms connecting Africans and the diaspora.
Held at The Brook in Stratford, the event was founded by Rukayat Alabi, CEO of RKY Careers, with a mission to equip individuals with the skills, networks, opportunities, and resources needed to succeed beyond geographical boundaries.

This year’s theme, “Beyond the Salary: Skills, Business, Creator Economy & Wealth Building,” focused on helping attendees build sustainable careers, businesses, multiple income streams, and long-term wealth.
The event featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, business and career workshops, networking sessions, exhibitions, wellness activities, the Launchpad pitch competition, awards presentations, and an after-party.

Topics discussed included:
- Career growth and leadership
- Business scaling and entrepreneurship
- Wealth building and property investment
- Personal branding and the creator economy
- Immigration pathways
- Technology, innovation, and the future of work
Speaking after the event, founder Rukayat Alabi expressed gratitude to attendees, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors, and partners who contributed to the success of the programme.
“People arrived hopeful, curious, and sometimes uncertain, but many left feeling empowered, connected, and reminded that more is possible,” she said.
Several organisations supported the event, including UBA, Tide, Envestors, MichelleBelle Solutions & Immigration, IIBA UK, Community Health Hub, Jara Finance, Fikraft Property, Prooval, Unedited Plug, Applatch Kids, Ominira Naturals, Apply Buddy, AO Kitchen, and Rapha Beverages.

The event also featured over £20,000 worth of prizes, a £5,000 Launchpad business grant, and recognition for outstanding individuals through the Limitless Awards 2026.
For many Nigerians and Africans living in the UK, events such as Limitless Without Borders continue to provide valuable spaces for networking, career advancement, business growth, and community building.
Following the success of the London edition, organisers have announced that the movement will expand to Lagos, Nigeria, in August 2026, further strengthening connections between Africa and the diaspora.
