This 💙 Mental Health Awareness Week 💙, remember: you are not alone. No matter what you’re facing, support is available across the UK 24/7 through the NHS.
For many Africans and Nigerians in the UK, mental health can be difficult to talk about. Stress from relocation, work pressure, family responsibilities back home, loneliness, immigration worries, financial challenges, or simply adjusting to life abroad can feel overwhelming. But asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness 🤝

Remember ❤️
Checking in on your friends, family, church members, flat-mates, and community matters. Sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a huge difference.
There is no shame in seeking support.
Please share this with someone who may need it. 🇳🇬🇬đź‡đź‡°đź‡Şđź‡żđź‡¦đźŚŤ
