📝 About the Role
Go Mix Max Trading Ltd is expanding in the UK and is looking for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Manager with strong Mandarin and English communication skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a logistics background who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants to contribute to a technologically advanced warehouse. You’ll be leading day-to-day operations and managing a diverse team in both B2B and B2C operations.
✅ Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
- Inventory control, cycle counts & audits
- Maintain 6S safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage and develop Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Create team rosters, assign duties & train staff
- Monitor performance using KPIs
- Prepare reports on productivity, costs & events
- Ensure full health & safety compliance in line with UK law
🧾 Requirements
- Must already have the right to work in the UK (e.g. Spouse visa, ILR, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management
- Solid knowledge of both B2B and B2C operations
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiar with WMS systems
- Forklift Licence (Flexi or Counterbalance preferred)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking & writing)

- Experience in international 3PL or cross-border eCommerce
- Knowledge of customs procedures & international shipping
