Job Description
We are looking for kind and empathetic individuals to support our community clients with essential daily activities. This role requires you to drive, hold a valid UK driver’s license, and be willing to relocate to our New Forest site.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
- Supporting individuals with mobility, learning difficulties, or physical disabilities.
- Encouraging nutrition and hydration, ensuring meal plans are followed.
- Administering and managing medication under supervision.
- Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
- Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes in clients’ needs.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with clients.

Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driver’s license and own a car.
