- Salary: £11.50 – £12.00 per hour
- Job Type: Part-time, Temp to Perm (12-month contract)

🏡 About the Role
Gecko Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in a home care setting. This role requires you to assist service users in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible care by carrying out essential daily tasks.
📝 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide personal care and support to service users
✅ Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and their families
✅ Assist in implementing individual care plans
✅ Maintain accurate records using IT systems
✅ Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
📌 Requirements:
✔️ Fluent English (spoken & written)
✔️ Experience in home care or assisted living (preferred, but not mandatory)
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ A caring and empathetic nature
✔️ Basic IT skills for record-keeping
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent
- Minimum one year of home care experience (preferred)
- A valid UK driver’s license (preferred but not required)
