Gecko Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in a home care setting. This role requires you to assist service users in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible care by carrying out essential daily tasks.
📝 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide personal care and support to service users
✅ Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and their families
✅ Assist in implementing individual care plans
✅ Maintain accurate records using IT systems
✅ Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
📌 Requirements:
✔️ Fluent English (spoken & written)
✔️ Experience in home care or assisted living (preferred, but not mandatory)

- GCSE or equivalent
