Application Process
To ensure a smooth transition, Academy Care has designed a structured seven-phase application process:
Phase One: Application Form

Phase Three: Compliance Standards
Successful candidates will complete compliance documentation and required eLearning, including Home Office guidelines and professional references.
Phase Four: Visa Application
Once compliance is complete, your visa application will begin. A Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) will be issued after documentation verification.
Phase Five: Flight Booking
Visa-approved candidates will receive assistance with booking flights to Leeds Bradford Airport or Manchester Airport.
Phase Six: Induction Week
A 10-day induction program will help you settle in, providing:
