Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a committed and caring childcare provider who is passionate about child development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising children, ensuring their safety, and fostering their learning through play and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
✅ Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
✅ Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive atmosphere.
✅ Maintain a structured daily schedule, including meals, nap times, and playtime.
✅ Keep play areas clean, organized, and safe.
✅ Assist in transporting children to activities or appointments (valid driver’s license required).
✅ Provide guidance to volunteers or junior staff in the nursery environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
🔹 Strong English communication skills to engage effectively with parents and children.
🔹 Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
🔹 Leadership skills to mentor young learners and support team members.
🔹 Familiarity with early childhood education principles is a plus.
🔹 Genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
