The Role: Care Assistant
We are looking for compassionate individuals to make a difference in the lives of our seniors. Whether you’re an experienced carer or new to the field, this role offers a chance to provide personal care, support daily routines, and bring joy to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including toileting, bathing, and washing.
- Support residents’ daily routines and well-being.
- Create a positive, homely atmosphere.
- Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
