Your Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support residents with personal care, dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Promote independence and dignity for residents.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report concerns.
- Follow individual care plans.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
