Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who already hold a valid UK Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team by example with a hands-on management approach.
• Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and customer-focused working environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, health and safety, and store presentation.
• Oversee daily store operations, particularly during busy trading periods.
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, stock control, and overall financial performance to achieve business objectives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• A natural leader with strong people management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, resilient, and confident in solving problems.
• Experienced in customer service and retail operations.
• Currently working as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager and ready for the next career opportunity.

Salary

From £33,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus scheme.
