💼 Role: Social Media Manager (UK Visa Sponsorship Available)
This is a hands-on digital marketing role, not just planning from the background. You will be responsible for managing and executing all social media activities across multiple platforms from day one.
What You Will Do
- Create, plan, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Write platform-specific captions using SEO and hashtag strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement daily
- Track and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
📱 Platform Responsibilities
- Grow reach through Reels, Stories, and Explore page strategies
- Create engaging video content with strong hooks and captions
- Manage Instagram Shopping and product tagging
- Run targeted Meta ads for conversions and engagement
- Manage page activity, reviews, and content visibility
- Run Meta Ads campaigns including retargeting and A/B testing
- Handle Facebook Groups and community engagement
TikTok
- Create viral-style content using trending audio and formats
- Understand For You Page (FYP) algorithm signals
- Optimize TikTok SEO for search visibility
- Manage TikTok Ads campaigns and pixel tracking

🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media or digital marketing
- Proven results in growing brand accounts or campaigns
- Experience running paid ads on Meta or TikTok
- Ability to work independently across multiple platforms
- Strong content creation and video editing skills
