Care Assistant – Visa Sponsorship
Location: Northern Ireland (NI)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year + Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be currently in the UK on a Skilled Worker Visa, Graduate (Post-Study) Visa, or Youth Mobility Visa
- Have at least 3 months of UK care experience
- Hold a full UK driving licence (required for domiciliary care roles)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care
Job Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Help individuals maintain independence and dignity
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Work in clients’ homes or residential care settings
- Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues
