Sales Assistant – UK Visa Sponsorship
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our retail team.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver outstanding customer service, provide expert product advice, and help drive sales. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide accurate product information, demonstrations, and purchasing advice.
- Process sales while delivering excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves remain well stocked.
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Use retail IT systems for sales, inventory management, and customer records.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in negotiating and influencing purchasing decisions.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail IT systems and CRM software.
- A valid driving licence is beneficial for B2B sales or customer visits (where required).
- Previous B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential.

£25,420 – £46,353.99 per year
