About the Role

As an Outreach Worker, you will work within the Westminster Atlas ASB & Partnerships Team, supporting individuals who are homeless or at risk of enforcement action.

You will engage directly with clients in outreach hotspots, build trusting relationships, and work alongside partner agencies to help people move towards safer, healthier, and more stable lives.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients identified in outreach hotspot locations.
• Building positive, person-centred relationships with vulnerable individuals.
• Providing practical advice, guidance, and ongoing emotional support.
• Developing risk management and support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Working closely with local authorities, housing providers, and partner organisations.
• Participating in outreach shifts across Westminster.
• Helping clients access accommodation, healthcare, and community support services.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A compassionate, resilient, and empathetic approach.
• Experience supporting people with complex or multiple needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to promoting inclusion, dignity, and positive outcomes for vulnerable people.

Salary & Benefits

Successful applicants will receive:

• Competitive salary
• 20% additional pay for:
  • Hours worked between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • All hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays
