Key Responsibilities

- Handle correspondence, phone enquiries, appointments, and office documentation.
- Develop and improve office procedures to enhance productivity.
- Support management with project coordination and business compliance.
Requirements
Successful applicants should have:
- Previous experience in office management or a senior administrative role.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HR administration, onboarding, and employee records.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
