HR & Recruitment Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship Available

Position Overview

Are you an experienced Human Resources professional with a passion for talent acquisition and people management? An exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated HR & Recruitment Manager to lead both the Human Resources and Recruitment functions within a growing organisation.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who can develop recruitment strategies, manage HR systems, support employee development, and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent, improving employee engagement, and driving organisational success through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Manage and optimise HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar platforms.
• Oversee Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to improve recruitment efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the HR and recruitment team.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and support strategic planning.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and policy recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal company policies.
• Deliver training on HR systems, policies, and best practices.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through effective employee communication and engagement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Proven experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition management.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or equivalent systems.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A recognised qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Salary

£35,000 – £39,000 per year
