Job Details

• Job Title: Home Care Worker

• Location: Worthing, West Sussex, UK
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Full-time with weekday and weekend shifts
• Salary: £13.00–£14.00 per hour
• Visa Sponsorship: Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) available for eligible candidates, including Skilled Worker visa switch applicants.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Worker, you will:

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in clients’ homes.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans alongside healthcare professionals.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
• Monitor clients’ wellbeing and maintain accurate care records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every client.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

• A full UK driving licence (essential).
• Access to your own vehicle with appropriate business/commercial insurance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude.
• Eligibility to work in the UK or qualify for visa sponsorship.
