About the Role

Position: Clinic Operations & Practice Manager

Location: Leeds, England

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £32,600 – £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a leadership position that combines healthcare operations, financial management, business development, and clinical governance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of existing clinics while supporting the organisation’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

As the Clinic Operations & Practice Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic sites.
• Coordinate staff rotas and optimise patient appointment scheduling.
• Support the launch and operational setup of new clinic locations.
• Assist with onboarding and supporting franchise partners.
• Prepare and monitor clinic budgets and financial reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance.
• Manage relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and GP referral networks.
• Ensure compliance with UK healthcare regulations, including Health & Safety and Infection Control requirements.
• Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all clinic locations.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least three years of experience working within a UK hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and practice management.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and business performance.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while balancing clinical and commercial priorities.

Sponsorship may be available for:
