Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
• Assist with preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
• Monitor IV drips and medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment.
• Communicate important patient information to the healthcare team.
• Organise medical records and documentation.
• Distribute messages and documents to the appropriate staff.
• Provide relevant emergency information to medical responders.
• Verify patient insurance and administrative information.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to support excellent patient care.
