A UK-based venture studio is recruiting for a Graduate Growth Strategist in Birmingham. This role is designed for early-career professionals and graduates who want hands-on experience in eCommerce growth, AI systems, analytics, and performance marketing, with visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
This is a high-responsibility role where you’ll work closely with experienced operators building and scaling digital brands.
🚀 What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Analyse business performance using spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs
- Track profitability, CPA, margins, and product-level performance (P&L ownership)
- Support and design growth experiments across digital channels
- Evaluate tools and systems for automation and efficiency
- Turn raw data into clear business decisions: scale, stop, or optimise
- Work with AI-powered tools to improve marketing and operations
