An opportunity is available for a Female Driver Domiciliary Care Worker, with visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates currently on a UK Graduate visa.

About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide personalised care and practical support to clients in their homes. You will build trusted relationships with the people you support while helping them manage their daily routines and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing and mobility support.
- Support clients with medication in accordance with training and care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on individual needs.
- Provide light domestic assistance to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Drive clients safely to appointments, shopping trips, social activities and other errands.
- Support individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other care needs.
- Assist with end-of-life care where required.
- Follow health, safety and infection-control procedures.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should be:
- Caring, patient, respectful and compassionate.
- Passionate about providing high-quality care.
- Experienced in domiciliary care, home care, nursing homes or similar settings.
- A female driver with a valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
- Confident driving between different client locations.
- Comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance.
- Familiar with dementia, Alzheimer’s, elderly care or end-of-life support.
- Able to follow care plans and support medication where appropriately trained.
- Reliable, flexible and committed to protecting clients’ privacy, independence and dignity.
Previous care experience is highly desirable, although applicants with the right attitude, empathy and commitment may also be considered.
