Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta dishes, and other menu items.
- Maintain high standards of taste and presentation.
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Follow food hygiene regulations and HACCP procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UK food safety standards.
Kitchen Operations
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient.
- Support smooth daily kitchen operations.
Stock Management
- Assist with inventory control and ingredient management.
- Help minimise food waste.
Teamwork
- Work effectively with colleagues during busy service periods.
- Support a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Menu Development
- Contribute creative ideas for menu improvements and new dishes.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Previous experience as a Chef, Pizza Chef, Pasta Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pizza and pasta preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
