Salary: £13.50–£16.58 per hour (Up to £32,000 per year)

Careround24 is expanding its homecare team and is looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
- Prepare meals and support clients during mealtimes.
- Administer medication following training and company guidelines.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Help with light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and wellbeing.
Requirements
Successful applicants should have:
- A caring, compassionate, and patient attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering quality care.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are an advantage.
