This is a waking night support role, where you will work independently in the community, offering emotional and physical support to clients who may experience:
- Anxiety or confusion at night
- Dementia-related challenges
- Mental health conditions
- Sleep disturbances or distress
You will play a vital role in ensuring clients feel safe, calm, and supported throughout the night.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, person-centred care based on support plans
- Provide emotional reassurance and companionship
- Support clients with dementia, learning disabilities, or mental health needs
- Assist with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
- Monitor wellbeing and carry out routine checks
- Support medication administration (if trained)
