Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Follow personalised care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Record care activities accurately using digital care systems.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Carry out light household duties to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Monitor clients’ wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous care or home care experience is beneficial but not essential—full training is provided.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic IT skills for updating care records.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle for work-related travel.
• Must be based in Doncaster.
• Right to work in the UK.

Salary

£13.00 – £20.00 per hour
