๐จ๐พโ๐ผ Role: Customer Support Manager
This is not a basic support role โ you will lead a growing team of 10 support agents and help build a world-class customer experience system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 10-person customer support team
- Design schedules, workflows, and service coverage systems
- Track performance and improve service quality
- Work with Product & Engineering teams to fix customer issues
- Build automation systems to reduce manual work
- Analyse customer data and improve operations
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and support documentation
- Handle escalated customer issues quickly and professionally
