Salary and Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Assistant, your role will involve supporting clients to live independently and safely in their homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Hospital-to-home assistance
- Dementia care
- Mobility support
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding support
- Light housekeeping duties
- Accompanying clients into the community
- Supporting individuals with specialist care needs
Requirements
To be considered, applicants should:
- Have previous care experience

Driving Requirement
