The employer is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as both General Manager and Head Chef. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment while also understanding business operations and customer service.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, team leadership, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Main Responsibilities

Culinary & Back of House (BOH)

• Manage all kitchen and culinary operations
• Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Develop and update seasonal menus
• Monitor recipe costing and food budgets
• Control inventory and manage supplier relationships
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with UK health and food safety regulations

Front of House & Management Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations
• Handle customer service and guest experience
• Train front-of-house staff on hospitality standards
• Improve profitability through labour and waste management
• Manage payroll approvals, budgets, and cash handling
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Support restaurant marketing and growth initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Restaurant Manager
