Sponsorship Expression of Interest

Spotlight Healthcare is currently accepting expressions of interest for:

• Care Worker (SOC 6135)
• Senior Care Worker (SOC 6136)

Submitting an expression of interest allows the organisation to consider your application when suitable vacancies arise.

However, submitting an application does not guarantee:

• Employment
• An interview
• UK visa sponsorship

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received, with candidates assessed based on eligibility, qualifications, experience, and the requirements of future vacancies.

Important Sponsorship Information

At present, sponsorship for SOC 6135 and SOC 6136 roles is available only to candidates who are already in the UK with valid permission to stay.

For positions based in England, sponsorship must also comply with current Home Office requirements, including employment with a Care Quality Commission (CQC)-registered provider.

Information for Displaced Care Workers

Candidates who are displaced care workers are encouraged to register with the Southend-on-Sea City Council Displaced Worker Pool before applying, as Spotlight Healthcare works closely with the local authority during recruitment.

Working Hours

As Spotlight Healthcare provides 24-hour support services, employees may work a variety of shift patterns, including:

• Morning shifts
• Day shifts
• Sleep-in shifts

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to provide:

• A satisfactory DBS check
• Employment references
• A willingness to complete training and professional development

Previous care experience is beneficial but ongoing training is available.
