Job Overview
We are recruiting a Senior Care Worker who is compassionate, reliable, and confident in leading care staff while delivering high-quality, person-centred support to residents.
You will supervise care assistants, support care planning, and ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and consistent care.

Applicants must have a UK driving licence and be currently based in Cumbernauld or nearby.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering daily care duties
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing personalised care plans
- Provide direct care, including bathing, dressing, and medication support
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records using digital care systems
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Support social activities to improve residents’ wellbeing
- Lead by example to promote best care practices within the home
Requirements
- Experience in senior care or residential care home environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of care planning and safeguarding practices
- Competence in care documentation and IT systems
- A valid UK driving licence (mandatory)
- Compassionate and patient approach to care delivery
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
