Care at Home Worker – UK Visa Sponsorship
Job Summary
We are looking for caring and reliable Care at Home Workers to join our dedicated home care team.
In this role, you will provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure clients receive safe, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Administer medication safely in accordance with care plans and company procedures.
- Support individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other cognitive conditions.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and social activities where required.
- Monitor clients’ wellbeing and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Complete accurate care records and documentation.
- Perform light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in home care, domiciliary care, assisted living, or residential care is desirable.
- Knowledge of personal care, medication administration, and basic first aid is an advantage.
- Experience supporting people with dementia, palliative care, or behavioural support is beneficial.
- A valid driving licence and a clean driving record are preferred for roles involving transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Previous experience in caregiving or childcare is an added advantage.
