Your Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Assist during mealtimes and encourage independence where possible.
- Help residents participate in daily activities and social engagement.
- Work closely with Senior Carers and the wider care team.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care at all times.
Requirements
- No previous care experience required – full training provided.
- A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.
- Strong communication skills with a good level of written and spoken English.
- Flexible and willing to work every other weekend.
- Passion for supporting elderly people.
