Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Average 35 hours per week (Overtime Available)
Salary: £15.20–£16.00 per hour

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting clients to live safely and independently at home.
You’ll provide practical assistance with daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support, helping improve the quality of life for those in your care.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support.
- Assisting with mobility and wellbeing.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Helping clients remain independent in their own homes.
- Following individual care plans.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
- Upholding confidentiality and professional care standards.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Experience providing professional care and support (preferred).
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to meet clients’ changing care needs.
- Knowledge of National Care Standards.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
Pay and Benefits
Successful applicants will receive:
- Competitive pay of £15.20–£16.00 per hour
- Paid travel at 45p per mile
- Paid travel time between client visits
- Minimum 45-minute personal care visits

Working Pattern
