Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee stock control and inventory management.
• Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Candidate Requirements
