Job Summary
We are actively recruiting warm, professional, and dedicated Care Workers to deliver high-quality support to individuals within the comfort of their own homes.
If you have a genuine desire to improve the lives of others, high devotion to patient wellbeing, and are looking for an employer willing to sponsor your UK visa, this role is for you. While previous experience in general caregiving, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or end-of-life care is highly desirable, a compassionate heart and a strong work ethic are what matter most. Key Responsibilities

Daily Living Support: Assisting clients with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.

Specialised Care: Providing safe, comfortable, and empathetic care for clients living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Medication Management: Safely administering medications in strict compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing healthy, culturally respectful, or dietary-specific meals.

Behavioral Support: Utilizing positive behavior management tactics to minimize distress and foster warm interactions.

Domestic Help: Assisting with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and dignified living environment.

Transportation: Providing safe transport for clients to their medical appointments, community events, or outings.

Companionship: Offering emotional support and genuine friendship to combat loneliness and improve mental well-being.

Emergency Response: Acting swiftly during emergencies and administering first aid when necessary.

Documentation: Keeping accurate, professional daily records of care actions in line with organizational policies.
Requirements & Skills

Experience: Demonstrated experience in home care, community care, or similar healthcare settings is preferred.

Clinical Competence: Competency in basic patient care procedures, including structured medicine administration.

Specialist Familiarity: Knowledge or previous experience dealing with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or end-of-life care is an advantage.

Core Values: A polite, patient, and deeply empathetic approach to caregiving.

Driving: A valid driver’s license is highly preferred for community-based roles.

Qualifications: Possession of a Care Certificate or NVQ qualification is an asset. Candidates must be fully willing to undergo mandatory training.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or integrate smoothly into a healthcare team.
