## Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer concerns professionally.
* Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
* Monitor operational costs while maintaining quality.
* Support promotions, special events, and menu planning.

## Requirements

* Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurants.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Hospitality management experience is an advantage.
* Barista experience is desirable but not essential.
