Britannia Group is a real estate firm based in Manchester, managing a wide portfolio of Airbnb-style short lets, business rentals, and residential properties across the UK. They blend decades of industry experience with a modern, flexible approach.
Now, they’re hiring an Airbnb, Lettings & Office Manager—someone proactive, hands-on, and organised, ideally with strong knowledge of Airbnb or short-term rentals.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🛏️ Short-Term Lettings (Airbnb, Booking.com):
- Manage Airbnb listings end-to-end
- Keep calendars, pricing, and availability up to date
- Handle guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and communication
- Arrange cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
- Use tools like Lodgify to track occupancy and improve performance
🏘️ Residential Lettings:
- Onboard new tenants and carry out referencing
- Manage rent reviews, renewals, and compliance checks
- Respond to tenant queries and arrange repairs
- Coordinate with contractors and the finance team
🗂️ Office & Admin Support:
- Help keep the office running smoothly
- Liaise with external suppliers and partners
- Support directors with admin and day-to-day operations

- Have solid property or Airbnb hosting experience
- Are well-organised, confident communicating with clients and contractors
- Enjoy juggling multiple tasks
- Can work flexibly (some evenings/weekends may be needed)
