Your Key Responsibilities:
🛍️ Manage day-to-day shop operations
👥 Supervise and motivate team members
🍗 Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
📦 Handle stock levels, inventory, and supplier orders
💰 Manage daily takings, expenses, and financial reports
📈 Support marketing efforts to drive sales
🗓️ Build shift rotas and manage team schedules
💬 Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
🧼 Keep the shop clean, organised, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous management experience (ideally in food or hospitality)
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Ability to stay calm under pressure
