Location: Northwich, Cheshire (You must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Permanent
Salary: £12.60/hour | Weekend Rate: £13.60/hour
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (dressing, grooming, bathing) while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Help with household tasks, medication reminders, and meal prep.
- Monitor vital signs and report health concerns to professionals.
- Offer emotional support and companionship.
- Drive clients to appointments and social outings (you must have your own car).
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.
- Foster trust and strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Attend team meetings and work closely with other professionals.
- Promote a safe and positive environment for all service users.
✅ Requirements
- At least 6 months’ experience as a carer in the UK.
- Valid UK DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
- UK driver’s license and access to a personal car.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Genuinely compassionate with a heart to serve others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability (including weekends and night shifts).
- Understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Preferably, GCSE or equivalent qualification.
