Job Overview:
This is a hot opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals ready to step up! The company is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run daily operations, lead staff, and deliver excellent customer service.
If you’ve worked in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality in Nigeria or the UK — this is your chance to level up with UK experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and motivate team members — kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure quality food preparation and service standards.
- Handle inventory, stock control, and ordering supplies.
- Create staff rosters to cover busy hours.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Train new staff and ensure excellent hospitality standards.
- Monitor restaurant sales, budgets, and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant/hospitality manager (Nigeria or UK experience welcome).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food prep, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
- Bonus if you’ve supervised a kitchen or bar before.
